How long do you guys workout for?
This my workout like 30 min is that enough??
15 minutes of intense exercise is plenty per day, for general health and appearance. But for endurance (which is somewhat overrated) you have to endure. So it depends, as above mentioned, on your actual goals.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
