Mine looked like that last time, and it's a tad worrisome to me. I pegged it on the coconut oil, that seems to elevate LDL in many people. Even if it means nothing, I don't want to have to pay more for insurance, so I've gotten rid of coconut oil and replaced it with tallow.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
