Could be a micro deficiency. Maybe add more eggs, seafood, liver, bones, dark plants, etc.
I wake up hungry, I get hungry before lunch starting around 11:30am and by 6pm my stomach is growling with hunger. I was wondering if anyone is like me and needs 3 meals a day? I don't snack and I try to eat 2200-2700 calories a day I'm a 6ft 160lb guy. My hunger is like clockwork even if I have a heavy carb breakfast or none at all. Strange?
Thanks for the input I eat 21-24 eggs a week, lots of dark vegetables, live not so much, lots of seafood and I'm going to start bone broth soon
160 sounds underweight for 6' - eat more if you're hungry
How about 6 eggs not 3?
Put some more eggs in the vitamix with some coconut cream and flavor as you like with fruit, cocoa powder, etc. That makes a good smoothie base. No need to overdo the greenery.
Make sure to get some seafood in too. And make sure your diet includes some liver if you can stomach it. If not make pate'.
Liver and oysters and salmon blow stuff like kale and chard away when it come to nutrient density.
A good snack for you would be a really rich bowl of bone broth. There are several threads around here about making it.

I'll agree and disagree with PB. Yes eat more and eat 3 meals a day until you are adapted. No, don't snack - it leads to chronically elevated insulin and will interfere with fat adaptation, which is basically just about being insulin sensitive and burning glucose when insulin is high and fat when insulin is low
