    Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

    they were particularly disgusting werent they! thankfully over my vegan years we didnt get much frankenfood here.

    I have met this guy several times. He occasionally runs a stand at the Sat market in Burlington.

    He represents my state very well. Logical, idealistic, and humble. Very nice man. VT all the way

    My fav of his.
