I'm a total aspie and definitely feel and live better on higher protein. I ate three pounds one day, felt full but fine. Mostly I'm high fat, high-protein, variable carbs with low or no starch. It's been awesome. 50 pounds gone, feel like a million bucks most days.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
