Up to you! I start most meals with around a pound of animal (including fish, liver, etc!), chased with eggs, avocado, coconut milk, some hard cheese or nuts, berries, etc. If I eat less meat than that, I start to get weak and feel spacey, etc. I need to get back to making bone broth again, for sure!
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
