Did anyone watch Dr. Oz talking about Paleo?

This was surprising. It would have been more fun if Rob Wolff was there. I also wish they had talk about primal living as well.

I thought it was ok, although I wish Dr. Cordain would have been more involved in the conversation. It seemed a bit sanitized emphasizing vegetables and showing salmon as their choice of meat on the Paleo Plate. Probably were trying to make sure not to freak out the CW audience.

Yeah it was kind of "Paleo Lite". But not a bad way of getting the anti grain message out there. They just lumped them all in under "inflammatory foods".

And Dr. Cordain isn't nearly as easy on the eyes as the cute lady in the black dress. So she gets the airtime. That's entertainment.
