Yeah, electrolytes. My BP fell like crazy when I first did this. I had to add salt for a long time, but then (after about six months) my body figured it out! My BP was actually a bit high, so I cut back and now BP is normal. I no longer need to take in crazy amounts of salt. YMMV.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
