HI Stella I was having the same problem with not only no loss but instead I gained! I had originally lost quite a bit doing my own low carb thing then when I switched I actually gained over 30 pounds! For me it was the amount of fats and certain foods also I went to low carb and started losing hair by the oodles! Try adding back in a sweet potato or yam with some kerry butter and see if that makes a difference!
