- Female, 5'6", 47, SW (3/04/12): err, ahem, *cough* 243 lbs CW: 177 lbs. Discovered Primal eating on 3/5/12. Went astray for 6 weeks (twice)... Back on track (to stay).
On a budget, but making it work! Zero grains, PUFA oils, no added sugars, no processed food, still a little dairy but trying to cut out the cheese *sigh* hard giving that up. Struggling to keep up the protein levels.
I live with my wonderful 9 year old son, a long-suffering husband, my 93 year old father and 3 kitties.
