- I'm a retired vet tech, following a compiled low-carb plan recommended by our endocrinologist. I feel great! Primal is the closest thing to his recommendation. I've lost over a whole (large) person in weight so far, but the best part is how much better and healthier I feel. I'd like to go on a crusade! LOL
