- I'm a merchant mariner and so I spend roughly half my time at work on a ship where I have a variety of food to choose from, although I'm pretty much limited to what they offer, so I'll just have to do my best and choose the best option I feel there is at each given meal.
I'm currently around 175-180lbs and 5'9", and would like to be in the 165-170 area with a bit more more muscle. I work out at work 4-6 days a week with modified crossfit like workouts (I make do with the space and equipment available) and at home 3-4 days a week at crossfit and bootcamp classes that I really enjoy. I'm currently in the best shape I've been in since my early 20's thanks to bootcamp and crossfit, but I think shedding that last bit of weight and fat will help me push further in the tougher workouts and allow me to do pullups(better) and muscleups, 2 things that I just don't seem to have in me yet.
