Always been an active person, until the last 5-6 years. I played sports in high school baseball and football, a starting varsity catcher for 2 years. Being young and active i was always in pretty good shape and could eat pretty much what i wanted without getting into to bad of shape. I pulled my groin my senior year and didn't end uplaying ball in college. I gained about 20-30 pounds jumping from 5'9" 180 to 5'9" 220 in less than a year. I have since then come down to between 200 and 210, trying to get and stay primal. I did it consistent for a month and felt amazing with a lot of energy and trying to get back on the train. I am currently involved in crossfit and trying to make the full commitment to consistent days of hitting the "box" and staying primal... I need to get back to looking good naked haha.
