I started trying the Wheat Belly diet in January 2012 and lost 7 lbs the first week and then started getting off track with sugar cravings when I stumbled upon the paleo lifestyle and PH and decided to jump on board. I still struggle with a sugar addiction and it is one of those things I would like to shake off. I don't just want a quick fix to my problems but a lifestyle I can live with so I am ok at taking it slow and steady.
