Hey curlygirl Tried making the meat bowls in jumbo muffin tins and they came out great!. I wound up making two taco spiced bowls, two mixed with chorizo, and two meatloaf style. I wound up using dehydrated vegies (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers) in the taco and meatloaf versions and they seemed to make a good binder, I'll probably use those on all variations in the future. Thanks for a great idea!
