I eat more sweet potatos and fruit than some of you think I should; I eat non-primal ice cream about once a week, and I sometimes have a burger on a bun. *gasp* I live a guilt-free existence, and I credit the Primal Blueprint with helping me give up my obsession with food and replacing it with a renewed vigor for life and all of its little joys.
