Hello I have been reading a lot about low carb and came across PB,I have been all over your site educating myself. I have found it quite impressive . So about 2 weeks ago I start going primal little changes at first , But I think I have the basic idea of the life style. I keep a food journal and so I can keep track of how I eat. I have found that I have to keep my carbs above 60 g to lose weight. I loose a pound and then gain it back and I have problems eating all of my calories for the day because I don't get hungry ,I am afraid I am putting my body in starvation mode, I am past carb cravings ,I think that part was easy. So in conclusion I will stay on track and wait for my body to catch up.
