T2 was diagnosed with all 3. ~135 mg/dl fasting BG, 7.7 A1C and don't remember the OGTT result but it was not normal. I have been on the same dose...

Yes, glycogen. 500mg Metformin daily since diagnosis. Not sure it's needed, but from all my research it can't hurt.
