Hi - I saw a post of yours from a year ago (3/6/12) in a thread called Dairy & weight gain.
I've been searching threads because I use half & half in my coffee - 2Tbsp (I measure) per cup, 2-3 cups every day. I've wondered is this little bit of dairy is too much? Your comment was that you were giving it up. I am already drinking reduced caffeine coffee, and I cannot tolerate it black. What have you learned since last year about dairy and weight loss? Mark addressed it his 17 reasons you're not loosing weight, but is 4-6 tablespoons of a milk/cream mix a day too much?
I may just post a question on the boards regarding how much is too much, but I wanted to ask for your thoughts.
