  1. Introducing me :)
    Starting Nov. 1st I'm on the 21-Day Total Body Transformation program which will hopefully set me on a healthier path for the long term.
    Dairy? Mostly not, with the exception of greek yogurt (plain).
    Coffee or tea? Tea!

    Why Primal? CW isn't working for me. I accomplished a 25lb loss with the cal-in/cal-out method + LOTS of exercise (hours, daily) but I've reached a point where the workout regime and 1,000 calories/day sees no movement on the scale and no budging of abdominal fat. I have no energy and my list of life-long -itis'es continue, or have worsened — even though I'm healthier?

    Fave exercise: The ones where I have a breakthrough. Even if it's just a few reps, or even just one rep, to be able to do something I couldn't do before is uplifting.
