Biography:

I am divorced with 2 almost grown kids. I work in international taxation for a large multinational. I also have 4 certifications in massage therapy. I have been dealing with some issues for the last few years, so my fitness is not where it used to be, but I am learning to make modifications and I only train functionally. I have run half and full marathons and I used to be a competitive racewalker. I have had a revised "view" of cardio for quite a number of years now so I run sprints and walk slowly :)
I also love yoga!
