Oh and I'm 20, soon 21 years old.. This should give you an idea of what I had to go through so far.. There's alot more exams I've done. I can explain everything if that's what it takes to get the information I need about what I really can or can't eat....
Eat anything without symptoms and lost weight to the point I reached 55kg(I'm 183cm). Since then I've found slot foods that do bad to me and managed to recover to 67kg even thought a lot of these foods give me a few symptoms such as bread(the more I eat the worser). Luckily managed to get those 13kg while doing exercise so my fatigue isn't as bad as last year.. But.. I'm still feeling totally crap every day and Im desperate. I also had a person in my family with same symptoms (my grandmother who's dead. She never went doctors but she didn't work since her 20s and was always in diet because of that).
Once again... I'd really thank you if you could find me someone who knows more about what I can and can't eat.. Reason im doing this is because I can't find reliable information in the internet.(for instance some websites say banana is bad while others says its good, personally I find it ok from my own experience).
I'm sorry for contacting you out of all people out there. I saw a post where you said you knew someone who had a low histamine diet. Reason I'm contacting you is because I've been doing research lately and after 6 years I finnaly found something that matches every symptom I have.... Yes even my whole body becoming red, the dihareias, the daily headaches, intolerance to most food, low pressure, no allergies detected in blood samples(done over 50), done endocopies and tags to pretty much be very part of my body and even went doctor checking for sinusitis which I don't have even thought I got running and congestioned noose all the time. Not even going to talk about being tired all time. Basically this problem was so bad I reached a point where I couldn't
I see your posts in my feed since we're friends. It's funny how we both eat almost the exact same food. There's a lot of variation on here. I do wonder how we both landed on the same menu. Nutrient density/anti-inflammatory overlapped with low cost and local availability?
hey, this is good news. may many gallons of water go through this bottle and through you.
I'll be in Waikiki fpr the next 3 weeks and I'm considering moving from Japan. Would love to meet some local Grokkers to chat about living Primally here. Hit me up if you're in the Honolulu area :-)
