A *few* details? I'm 5'6", started off my "primal journey" in July of 2011 at about 135 lbs. I grew up thin, eating vaguely healthy. i was never one to gorge on junk food until I graduated college, and that's when I gained at least 15 lbs and started getting heart burn eating certain things. I discovered that oats and soybean oil were no-no's for me, and thought I'd give my friend's "paleo diet" a shot. Over 1 yr later, I'm off any kind of mood support (started on SSRI's, then moved to aminco acids like Tryptophan) except occasionally, when needed, and working on becoming fit.
