Biography:
Hi everyone! I'm a freshman at UNC Chapel Hill, and I've been Primal/Paleo for a little over 3 years. I followed the SCD for the first 2.5 years after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. I had a complete colectomy last summer, and after that I relaxed my diet slightly to include foods like sweet potatoes and occasional white rice. If you're another UNC primal, hit me up!! I'd love to meet some other primals on campus (:
