I am 32 yrs old and have 4 small kids. I started at 340 pounds and in a little less than 5 months was down around 245 - 250. Eventually I got down to the upper 220s but began lifting a lot of weights and slowly got up to about 245 but this time I am around 16% body fat. I am not too stressed about it anymore as I am very healthy. I enjoy walking, jogging, and lifting weights. I have made an effort to play with my kids more and get my whole family out hiking and walking on a regular basis.
Staying active, being outdoors, and playing with my kids.

Lost 105 pounds in 5 months
Currently 130 fat pounds down which is 120 pounds on the scale while putting on 10 pounds of muscle
According to my kids I am looking more and more like the Hulk every day
