Hello fellow Amazonian woman. Got your message. Thank you. It's funny about the whole "big boned" thing. I was always told that too and thought of myself as "big boned". But as the pounds are coming off, I'm realizing that I have kind of a medium frame. It's really a trip to try on a size "medium" in the non-plus sizes and have it fit perfectly. Single digit pants are cool too. I think, looking at old photos, that I was really carrying a layer of subcutaneous fat around with me, well distributed everywhere on my body so it made me look more linebacker-ish. Bra straps don't dig into my shoulders anymore. Now those shoulders don't look so "big boned". I wish you well on your weight loss quest. Please let me know if I can help. Robin
Hi, PB. I'm not stalking you, exactly...but I noticed you began at exactly the same starting point as me: 510", 210#, size 16, but physically active. I admire your goals (especially the plan to summit Kilimanjaro). I can't even imagine getting into single digit jeans, haven't been that size since grade school. I am truly "big boned" in addition to being overfat. I would be ecstatic if size 10 fit me nicely. Absolutely love the leather jeans azz shot. You have guts, and you look awesome. Anyway, a shout out from me accompanied by a heartfelt wish for continued good health and a summer topped by an amazing view!
