Hello everyone :D
My peak weight was 258 last year. lost some weight using CW and when I got sick with whooping cough. Started p90X in feb at 245lb. found pb about 2 weeks into it, and it has been great. I am currently at 199lb, with goal of 10% body fat. Just started 2nd round of p90x. Did the modified lean (substituted plyo for cardiox) the first round, doing classic this round. Will transistion to hybrid workout after I am done with this round.
Wife and 2 kids, and we are all on pb. wife is working out with me, and has been very supportive.
