    Hey, Just saw your message on my wall. Right now things are pretty crazy here but there is tons of great info on the boards regarding PCOS. Low carb, 20-24h fasts 2x a week and *very* nutrient dense (ie lots of organ meats, bone marrow...maybe equal parts of those and muscle meats) seems to be the way to go. Definitely test your vitamin D. Best to you, Katherine
