Was in IT for 30 years. Sitting in a 6.5 by 6.5 foot cube for 8 to 10 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week. When i was younger I was always active. Swimming, tennis and soccer. I am now out of IT and have my own businesses promoting health and wellness. I am back to lifting again, albeit lighter than my younger days and doing a lot of walking with my dog. Out of the rat race and moving again. I did not realize how much life I missed sitting in a cube that long.
