***PART ONE***

Hmmm Well lets see where to start .. heard about the Paleo Diet in september sometime .. and was curious about it.. Then forgot about it.. in the end of December I re heard it again from the same source and December20th 2010 I started my Paleo journey at 177 lbs...

The first month I still ate the sweet .. you know some cookies and chocolates and candy every now and then .. had a pop for new years 1 bag of chips.. What can I say it was a weird time to start .. around the xmas and new years holidays.. :S but that first month dispite my periodic snacking I managed to drop 11 lbs :D I was pretty stoked about the results and was definitely looking forward to month 2.
