I use to be 250lbs in highschool and graduated in 2008. I took a year off before going to college. Nutrition and Fitness was my number 1 priority! I started out with the Master cleanse for 15 days and went from 250lbs to around 230lbs. long story short I ate clean and lifted religously and got down to 178lbs in 6 months. In my pics I am at 178lbs. those pics were over a year ago and since started college I have gained weight back but its not as bad as before! I keep yo yo dieting and I hate it! I know its bad but its a vicious cycle I have read The Primal Blueprint book and I loved it! It makes so much sense to me! Im in the process of adapting to it and cutting out pretty much all grains and anything processed! Im hoping to get back to how I was in my pics. and then build from there and keep progressing!
