    Hiya Pattyd...Jamie here/Gloworm. Still figuring out how this forum works (kinda like FB, I guess)...anyway just testing how "friending" you...I'll ask the usual dorky questions...how long have you been Primal?
    Thanks for answering on "angry"...I own my own business (well, 2 actually, cause surprisingly, I'm type A) and have managed not to have any flashes of anger at work, although I may be guilty of openly rolling my eyes at blatantly stupid people. But I find I can get a little short with my son.
