Met Mark last year and was introduced to the Primal Blueprint by my son's. I know it's the way to go to get healthy. Honestly, I have been struggling to dedicate myself to this new lifestyle. I love reading the Friday success stories and aspire to have that as a goal. Not just the before and after pictures but that true life transformation.
