I'd probably do 80% carbs before I'd do 80% fat for a multitude of health reasons, and people around here frequently shoot for the 70+% range of fat....
I can see both sides. Obviously I believe in preventive medicine through lifestyle changes. Angelina doesn't outright state that she did that, though...
