- Married to the most beautiful woman in my life and we have five children together. i am an urban firefighter and president of an Emerald Society that is still small and in need of growth, however I'm focusing on me now. My goal is to attain 200lbs, which is a huge improvement from where I am now and then I'd like to get back into the world of CrossFit.
