Hi! I came across your page when doing searches on leangains, etc. Are you still doing your blog? I'm curious to see how things have worked out for you. Besides being MUCH older than you *sigh*, you seem to have had very similar struggles as I have. I'm about to start tweaking my diet to add in more carbs on workout days to try to get that body fat percentage down some.
