    Coach Pelfrey, I was browsing the forums today and came across this post made by you, "I'd echo what has already been said re: dietary changes and also add that you should pay attention to your pelvic tilt during exercises and 'generally'." Are you saying that one can change the way their hips sit and are tilited? I have my hips tilted forward and would like to change my gait to become more neutral. Could you help me at all or elaborate on what you were talking about?
