I live off the grid in Northern AZ with my husband and a cat. We spend as much time outdoors as possible - running, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and working out. I work in IT as the head of a support organization at a university. At 50+ I know that staying active and eating well are crucial to long term health and to feeling good on a daily basis. A day without movement and good food is just a really bad day!
I like to play, to push myself as hard as I can. I run, hike, and rock climb regularly.
IT - more sitting than is good for me...
