Hi! I'm a career IT guy turning real estate investor/agent. I initially got squishy behind my desk, and so have been motivated for many years to stay active and healthy however I can. I started true paleo/primal blueprint on 11/6/2013, but have been following many of the ideals for a long time before that. I've been in good shape for a while, have lifted heavy and often for the last 5 years (kettlebells and free weights), but would like to FEEL more energetic and healthy and maintain a lower body fat % without the struggle of calorie restriction and frequent fasting.
