Started Primal in about July/August of 2011. Did great at first. Dropped about 65-70 lbs by Feb 2012. Stagnated a bit, and as of 10/13 down a total of 90. Am starting an exercise regimen to hopefully drop another 50 by 05/2014. Biggest problem is eating enough since I'm never really hungry anymore.
