    Hi Jammie,

    Was it hard to go night shade free? I test positive to about 25 food sensitivities, 3-4 of them night shades. I have been hoping that by just cutting out the dairy, eggs and grain sensitivities I would get a get out of jail card on the rest of the list. But, I am thinking not and in real denial about it. Any advice would be helpful.
