I started Paleo on Aug. 4 2013 and went Primal 2 weeks after that, as it was closer to what I felt was good for me.
I quit smoking on Sept. 9, almost no craving, as sugar has always been a trigger and sugar doesnt exist anymore in my life.
3 belts size down. Officially 12 pounds down to this day but I gained muscle, which I never had before. ;)
This whole health improvement was my 40th birthday gift to myself.
