Hey Mike :) I find that being Primal helps with my studies - I'm happy, energetic, focused etc. I pack nuts, carrots, and tuna to uni and otherwise indulge in herbal tea (free if you bring your own cup and tea bags haha!!). Otherwise intermittent fasting is amazing - instead of focusing on what I'm going to eat for lunch I can focus on my studies! What are you studying?
