I am 39 years old and have been eating either low carb or PB for the last 2 1/2 years. That means I have spent 36 1/2 years of my life eating pasta/bread/noodles/crap/pizza/margarine/crap/sunflower oil/crap/concentrated fruit juices/crap/crap and more crap. God knows what kind of damage I have done to myself in that time. All I know is since changing my diet I now have no bloating after meals, no IBS, no headaches, no foggy brain, clear skin, lots of energy and a desire to exercise, more positive attitude.
