First, thank you, you helped me greatly. I also wanted to congratulate you about your last lab results, that's amazing. I decided to give it 6 weeks too before retesting and I'll let you know if I also had success. On a side note, I also had high blood pressure - it amazes me how we are similar - but was able to control it through breathing practices, yoga, and drinking hibiscus tea in the evenings. I also stopped intermittent fasting. I believed it put a lot of stress on my body even if I was feeling great and could not tell. I wish there would be a easy way to test cholesterol, the same way I can check my BP whenever I want. Having a BP monitor helped me so much figuring out my stressors and relievers.
