I guess I should put something up here real quick... I "accidentally" stumbled upon PB in early 2013 when I got an email about intermittent fasting. I implemented it and immediately began losing weight, a couple week in, I decided to TRY this whole no grains thing...and my weight loss doubled. I never looked back and I lost 60 lbs in about 7 months and have kept it off since November 2013. I've been pretty lazy about the whole thing and I need to get it together and implement the whole PB lifestyle and not just the diet...which I follow pretty loosely but I suffer when I cheat :\. Still have about 20 lbs to lose and am really looking forward to implementing the primal workouts.
