I was previously the Low Carb Princess, but I have moved on from that.
I now don't like to put labels on my eating or lifestyle. I will have some rice, bread and food I shouldn't really eat every now and again. But I mainly stick to eating and cooking wholefoods.
I am a big foodie though, so I love dining at good quality restaurants.
I have tried surfing, SUP, snorkelling and scuba diving. Scuba diving is something I would like to give another go as I struggled the first time - felt kinda claustrophobic. But I wouldn't hesitate to go surfing, SUP-ing or snorkelling again!
