I really want to thank you for your "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" recommendation. I have made good progress and I am six weeks in the program now and thorougly enjoying it. The only problem I have had is that my barbbell has become too heavy to lift above my shoulders fro squats but I am looking at bying a powertec power rack. If you know what book I can do next please feel free to tell me!!!
