After a long break from being primal I am back. Restarted jan 1 2013 and I am feeling great. Since the last time I have been primal I was diagnosed hypothyroid so weight loss has been very hard for me. Since my restart I have lost 6 lbs. I cannot believe it. I feel the best I have felt in years!
