I am more aware today than ever that my body is very sensitive to carbs, period. I have played around with this lifestyle before, but thought I was being too extreme cutting out "healthy grains".
My experience is "healthy grains" is a gateway to cravings, cravings to starches and more grains in whatever form. I can feel my body put on weight... my energy is depleted. I am a volume eater, I like food, why I walked away I don't know. Well, I do--- I didn't think I was "doing it right" not eating clean enough, organic enough... etc.
I like moderate hike, walking, the sunshine and be outside near the ocean.
I work in a hospital as a nurses assistant, and I work nights.
